Velina Tchakarova is a geopolitical strategist and Founder of the Vienna‑based FACE For A Conscious Experience. She is an instructor at the Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna, a member of the Strategic and Security Policy Advisory Board of the Science Commission at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Defense, and a Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation.
